The Jo Malone Sweet Lime & Cedar Fragrance Collection

The new Sweet Lime & Cedar Body Collection from Jo Malone is a study of sweet and sour, much like the Thai cuisine that inspired it's creation.   The Thai-influenced notes of Sweet Lime & Cedar form a balanced and harmonious fragrance, as sweet lime combines with delicate hints of jasmine and ylang ylang, coconut and the vanilla-like tonka bean. The addition of the nutty scent of pandanus leaf, the sweet yet sour character of tamarind and the aromatic warmth of cardamom, complete this unexpected, tantalising scent.

New body products including Shower Gel, Body Crème and Dry Body Oil (as well as a Home Candle) join the fragrance as part of the Jo Malone Sweet Lime & Cedar Collection.  I've been using the body products and they're heavenly.  When the three products are layered, the fragrance literally lasts all day! My favorite product is the Body Crème; just the right consistency; not too heavy to use in the summer, yet moisturizing and soothing for winter use. 

Initially I was wondering about the "cedar" note; would it overpower?  Not in the least.  For me, the notes of the fragrance are complex. I like the way it develops over time.  Each note is luscious and sensual.
