I've tried each of the colors in the Winter Color Collection and found each of them to be very flattering and wearable. I wasn't sure if I'd like the Mint Candy Apple; I'm a normally "dark" color person, but it really looks good, particularly with short nails.

Essie Cosmetics has created Yes We Can, Pink!, a new nail color, for which a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Living Beyond Breast Cancer, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women affected by the disease.

The Essie Fall 2009 Nail Color Collection takes it's cue from the Fall fashion shows, where plush knits and vibrant furs in lazy grays and shocking bright colors offered a feeling of exuberance and buoyancy. This is an interesting mix of shades for Fall, traditionally dominated by darker hues. Essie proves again that you can have fun with nail color and still be right in fashion! The shade that has caught my eye is "Chinchilly"...which looks like one I'm going to have to pick up. It looks to be a very wearable shade.
