bareMinerals has introduced MATTE SPF 15 Foundation to it's line of mineral foundations. This new formula is infused with RareMinerals ActiveSoil Complex, a breakthrough formula designed to absorb excess oil and eliminate shine without drying skin, for a natural matte finish.
I'm really excited about bareMinerals MATTE SPF 15 Foundation because of what the formula doesn't contain: chemicals, preservatives, talc, fragrance, fillers and Bismuth Oxychloride. Bismuth Oxychloride is commonly added to mineral makeup and for me, it's an irritant. Within seconds of applying a mineral makeup containing this ingredient, my skin would start to itch and turn red.
I noticed when I tried this new matte formula compared to the original bare escentuals mineral makeup, that I didn't experience any itching. After applying numerous times and wanting to be sure I was providing you the correct information, I verified the lack of Bismuth Oxychloride in the formula with bareMinerals P.R. It's true!
My experience with bareMinerals MATTE SPF 15 Foundation is that it provides great coverage, no sensitivity, good oil-control and matte finish. I also really like the container that it comes in, with the "Click, Lock and Go" sifter. There are 15 shades to choose from, so finding your correct shade should be easy.
bareMinerals MATTE SPF 15 Foundation retails at $28 and is available at Sephora, Sephora.com, ULTA Beauty, Nordstrom.com
, select Macy's locations, BareEscentuals Boutiques and www.bareescentuals.com.
